STA Pool Plant Operators Course
Our three-day STA Pool Plant Operations qualification is the highest level of training available for those who are responsible for the management and maintenance of swimming pools, spas and interactive play features.
It reflects the most up-to-date requirements and standards for pool plant operations, with a robust syllabus which covers all aspects that are vital to running a wet leisure facility, including: heating, ventilation and energy efficiency of a swimming pool, disinfection, pool water chemistry and more!

• Practical Assessment via submission of a video of the learner completing a pool test.
• Theory Assessment takes place on the final day at a specified time using an online system called Cirrus whereby the learner needs a computer with a webcam as it records during the online MCQ

STA Pool Water Treatment Course
The eight-hour Swimming Pool Water Treatment qualification is more in-depth than a water testing course; covering the basic principles of the treatment of swimming pool water and enabling them to correctly test swimming pool and spa water.
This qualification is ideal for those who complete routine water testing and need to have general knowledge of swimming pool water treatment; it’s also the perfect stepping stone for those considering a career in pool maintenance and management, before they embark on our full Pool Plant Operations course.
